Psagot's Chardonnay grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 750 meters.
The vineyards are built on terraces of soft limestone and the vines are planted directly into the limestone bedrock.
The wine exudes appealing aromas & flavors of pears, green apples and tropical fruit.
