Psagot's Chardonnay grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 750 meters. The vineyards are built on terraces of soft limestone and the vines are planted directly into the limestone bedrock. The wine exudes appealing aromas & flavors of pears, green apples and tropical fruit.

Merlot 37%, Petit Verdot 32%, Cabernet Sauvignon 31%. The Edom mountains range to the east of the winery, is made up of red granite peaks. The grapes are grown on the high mountain ridge overlooking the Edom Mountains.  The wine displays intense black fruit aromas on a mineral backbone that characterize the terroir of this region.
