White wines

This white Bordeaux wine of Château Les Riganes expresses the typical qualities of Entre - Doux - Mers: pale yellow color, slightly mouth and great length in the palate. This wine is ideally paired with white meat and summer salads and fish.

Psagot's Chardonnay grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 750 meters. The vineyards are built on terraces of soft limestone and the vines are planted directly into the limestone bedrock. The wine exudes appealing aromas & flavors of pears, green apples and tropical fruit.
